Unix Africa offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Expres or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself, if you prefer . On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to love your Unix Africa items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return Unix Africa items within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging.
For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.
While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.
Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.
To start a return, you can submit a return request via our return portal or contact us at support@unixafrica.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Unix Africa online store.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an E-Mail with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website, where you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also log in to your account on unixafrica.com and check the "Order History" section for real-time updates on your order status. Yes, we do have a physical store. Unix Africa operates online & Offline both, allowing us to offer a wide range of electronics, bags, and camera accessories directly to your doorstep. You can browse and shop all our products at unixafrica.com from the comfort of your home as well as you can visit one of our stores or Agent.
Next-day delivery is available for select locations and products, depending on stock availability and the courier service. You can check if your order qualifies for next-day delivery during checkout. Please note that next-day delivery may not be available for all items, especially during high-demand periods or for certain remote locations. Yes, for security reasons, most of our deliveries require a signature upon arrival to ensure your order reaches you safely. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pick up your package from a nearby location. If you prefer a contactless delivery, please inform the courier in advance or contact our customer support at support@unixafrica.com for assistance.
